How to Use the Rate Finder
- Open the file from where you saved it locally on
your computer.
- When macro alert pops up, click "Enable Macros."
The Calculator will not work unless macros are enabled.
- Choose a family structure to quote.
- Choose the subscriber’s gender.
- Choose the subscriber’s age.
- If you chose a family structure with a spouse,
then you will need to choose the spouse’s age
bracket (the gender will autopopulate based on the
subscriber’s gender).
- If you chose a family structure with children,
then you will need to enter the number of children.
- Choose a ZIP code prefix.
- Click on the plan you wish to quote.
- Enter a Health Factor then press the "Enter"
or "Tab" keys to calculate.
The approximate monthly rate will appear in the blue
box at the bottom of the form. If not, try resetting
the form with the “Reset Form” button at
the top of the form and trying again.
